Apply in the shower: Warm water softens skin, which can maximize the scrub's effects.
Use a small amount: Apply with your hand or a washcloth.
Massage in circles: Use gentle, circular motions to stimulate blood circulation and exfoliate. Don't scrub too hard, or you might irritate your skin.
Scrub for 30 seconds or less: Start at the top of your body and work your way down, making sure to scrub both sides of your arms and legs. Pay special attention to areas where the scrub can get stuck, like your groin or behind your knees.
Rinse: Use lukewarm water to rinse off the scrub.
Moisturize: Apply one of our skin loving moisturizer while your skin is still damp to lock in moisture and replenish your skin after exfoliation
